If you left s piece of meat and a banana out on a counter for 5 hours why is safe to still eat the banana but not the meat? It’s because the bacteria that natural eats the meat is harmful or pathogenic to us but the bacteria that eats the banana is not. Here where the real problem lies. Say you ate that meat within the hour of taking it out it will now sit in our digestive tract for over 40 hours because our intestines are 4x the length of a natural carnivore or omnivore. And since that tract from our mouth to our anus is outside of our body it is open to any bacteria that can make it through our stomach acid. Now say we have low stomach acid we have essentially opened our body to the bacterium that enjoy eating that meat. It is a dangerous game we play with consuming meat.
