Diets don’t work
It’s true diets don’t work. Surgery also doesn’t work. Exercise doesn’t work. Anything you do for a short period of time to result in weight loss will ultimately not work. and even if it does the results will only be temporary. But why?
Because they all fail to remove the primary cause for why one is fat in the first place. Being fat is not an accident. Your body puts on fat as a defense mechanism. Losing weight is not as simple as calories in calories out. Your body is simply made of cells and what you put in is processed by every cell. The waste that results must be eliminated.
If it is not then the body needs to contain it. One way it does this is through the anti inflammatory, antacid, antioxidant nonpolar hydrocarbon molecule known as lipid or to the less sciency term called fat. It is how your lymphatic system works and is ultimately where dietary fats are first absorbed in your body.
