The B12 Paradox

So...if B12 is found in animal products aren't humans considered animals? Shouldn't we already be filled with B12?
It may come as a surprise, but animals do not have B12 in them. B12 is actually produced by bacteria. That bacteria can be found in most intestines of animals and that microflora can produce B12. Alternatively, that same bacteria can be found in soil or dirt. Because of that fact unwashed vegetables can contain just as much B12 as any animal product. In fact, the only reason most animal products have B12 is because they eat grass. That grass from the ground contains B12. Vegans, have no fear for now that we feed most live stock corn meat eaters too are becoming increasingly deficient in B12. The B12 myth is a hoax perpetrated by the meat and dairy industry to make us think their products hold the key to our wellness.   Eat from the earth and balance your gut and you need not search for the B12. It will find you!
